Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 21, 2026

Didi Products ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Create Stickers for WhatsApp mobile application (the "Service" or the "app"), which lets you create static and animated stickers and sticker packs for WhatsApp.

This page explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We use your information only to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. Unless otherwise defined here, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning as in our Terms and Conditions.

Information We Collect and How We Use It

Photos, Media, and Camera

To create stickers, the app lets you select images and videos from your gallery, capture them with your camera, or fetch them from web image search. These files are used solely to create the stickers you ask for. Image editing and background removal are performed locally on your device. The stickers you create are saved to the app's storage on your device so they can be added to WhatsApp. We do not collect, view, or upload your source photos, videos, or finished stickers to our own servers.

Accounts and Authentication

The app uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication so it can talk to Firebase services without asking you for personal details. This anonymous identifier is not linked to your name, email, or phone number. If you choose to back up your packs to Google Drive, you sign in with your Google account; that sign-in is handled by Google and is used only to access your own Drive storage.

Backup to Google Drive (optional)

If you enable backup, your sticker packs are uploaded to your own Google Drive account in an app-specific folder. This data lives in your Google account, under your control; we do not store your backups on our servers. You can delete a backup at any time from within the app or from Google Drive.

Usage and Diagnostic Data

We use Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, and Performance-related signals) to understand which features are used and to detect and fix crashes and bugs. This may include device information (such as device model, operating system version, language, and country), app version, in-app events, and crash logs. This information helps us keep the app stable and decide what to improve.

Advertising

The app is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. To show ads, AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier and related information. In regions where consent is required (for example, the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), we present a Google-certified consent message (UMP) so you can choose whether to allow personalized ads; you can change your choice later from the app's settings. You can also reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings.

In-App Purchases

The app offers optional purchases (such as removing ads or unlocking features) through Google Play Billing. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment-card details; we only receive confirmation of purchase status so we can unlock the corresponding features.

Push Notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send you optional notifications (for example, about new features or tips). For this, your device is assigned a push token. You can turn off notifications at any time in your device or app settings.

Web Image Search and GIFs

If you use the in-app image or GIF search, your search query is sent to the relevant third-party provider (such as Giphy or an image-search provider) to return results. These providers process the request under their own privacy policies.

App Integrity

We use the Google Play Integrity API to help verify that requests come from a genuine, unmodified app and device, which protects against abuse and fraud.

Third-Party Services

The app relies on third-party services that may collect information as described above. Their privacy policies are listed below:

Use of Data

Create Stickers for WhatsApp uses the information described above to:

App Permissions

Depending on the features you use, the app may request the following permissions:

You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time from your device settings; some features may not work without the related permission.

Transfer of Data

The third-party services we use (such as Google) operate globally, so your information, including any Usage Data and Device Identifiers, may be processed on servers located outside your state, province, or country, where data-protection laws may differ. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is handled securely and in accordance with this policy.

Disclosure of Data

We may disclose information where we believe in good faith that it is necessary to:

Data Retention

Stickers and the source files you use stay on your device until you delete them. Backups remain in your Google Drive until you remove them. Analytics and diagnostic data collected by our third-party providers are retained according to their policies and our configured retention settings.

Security of Data

We care about the security of your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we and our service providers use commercially reasonable measures to protect data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EEA/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to opt out of personalized advertising. Because the app does not require an account, much of your data stays on your own device and you can remove it by deleting your stickers, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app. For requests related to data held by us, contact us using the details below.

Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. We do not keep any record of who created which sticker. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Effective date" above. Significant changes may also be announced within the app. You are advised to review this policy periodically. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
