You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Didi Products.
Create Stickers for WhatsApp is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta. "WhatsApp" is a trademark of its respective owner and is used here only to describe compatibility.
Didi Products is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The Create Stickers for WhatsApp app stores and processes data that you provide to us in order to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features, and it could mean that the Create Stickers for WhatsApp app won’t work properly or at all.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Didi Products will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Didi Products cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
Along the same lines, Didi Products cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app — for example, you need to make sure that your device stays charged. If it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to use the Service, Didi Products cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to Didi Products’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app it’s important to bear in mind that, although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Didi Products accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android – the requirements for the system (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Didi Products does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; and (b) you must stop using the app and, if needed, delete it from your device.
User Conduct
You must not misuse the Services or Software. For example, you must not:
- copy, modify, host, stream, sublicense, or resell the Services or Software;
- enable or allow others to use the Services or Software using your account information;
- use the Software to construct any kind of database;
- access or attempt to access the Services or Software by any means other than the interface we provide or authorize;
- circumvent any access or use restrictions put into place to prevent certain uses of the Services or Software;
- share content, or engage in behavior, that violates anyone’s intellectual property rights (“Intellectual Property Rights” means copyright, moral rights, trademark, trade dress, patent, trade secret, unfair competition, right of privacy, right of publicity, and any other proprietary rights);
- share any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, obscene, violent, abusive, tortious, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, lewd, profane, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
- impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
- attempt to disable, impair, or destroy the Services or Software;
- upload, transmit, store, or make available any content or code that contains any viruses, malicious code, malware, or any components designed to harm or limit the functionality of the Services or Software;
- disrupt, interfere with, or inhibit any other user from using the Services or Software (such as stalking, intimidation, harassment, incitement or promotion of violence or self-harm, or harming minors in any way);
- place an advertisement of any products or services in the Services except with our prior written approval;
- use any data mining or similar data gathering and extraction methods in connection with the Services, or violate applicable law (including, but not limited to, where applicable, COPPA).
Purchases and Subscriptions
The app may offer optional in-app purchases (for example, to remove ads or unlock features). All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play’s terms; we do not receive or store your payment details. Prices and the availability of paid features may change. Refunds, where available, are handled according to Google Play’s refund policy. By making a purchase you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Backup and Your Content
If you enable backup, your sticker packs are stored in your own Google Drive account, under your control. We do not store your backups on our servers and we are not responsible for the availability, loss, or deletion of data held in your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining access to that account and for any storage limits it imposes. We are not liable for any loss of stickers, packs, or other content created with or stored by the app.
Responsibility
The 'Create Stickers for WhatsApp' team, and anybody involved in the development of this app, are not responsible for the content created by third parties using the software.
Intellectual Property
Stickers and sticker packs created using the 'Create Stickers for WhatsApp' application are owned by the person or entity that created them. The Didi Products team, or anybody else involved in the development of the application, does not take any ownership of or responsibility for the content created using the app.
Anybody using the 'Create Stickers for WhatsApp' app agrees to only use their own photos, images or graphic designs, or those they have explicitly received written permission to use in this app or to create a sticker pack or sticker from.
By using the application you agree that you are indeed the owner and author of the sticker pack, or that the owner of the sticker pack shared it with you.
What Is Forbidden
Sexual content such as pornography is not allowed. Content with age restrictions is not allowed. It is not allowed to create stickers using this application that will in any way violate the law. We are not responsible for the content created using this application.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are therefore advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These terms and conditions are effective as of 2026-06-21.
